Yes, we have one user named "admin" which is the default portal administrator. This admin user can elevate permissions for as many administrators as needed.

 

To modify user permissions, navigate to...

   1. portal.rpxfax.com

   2. Administration > Manage > Users

   3. Options > Create a user (or edit an existing user)

   4. Permissions tab

 

In the permissions tab, there is a section entitled Portal Access Level which provides the following...

   1. No Access

   2. Faxing (only)

   3. Department Faxes

       - View any fax image or fax metadata that was sent or received by a user in their department.

       - Mark any fax that was sent or received by a user in their department.

       - Resend any failed outbound fax that is owned by a user in their department.

   4. Department Administration

       - Create/Modify/Delete users in their department.

       - Grant Department Administrative permission to a user in their department.

       - View any fax image or fax metadata that was sent or received by a user in their department.

       - Mark any fax that was sent or received by a user in their department.

       - Resend any failed outbound fax that is owned by a user in their department.

   5. Portal Administration

       - View All Faxes

       - Manage Fax Numbers

       - Manage Users

       - Manage Departments

       - Manage Global Contacts

       - Manage Cover Pages

       - Manage FaxBack

       - Manage Batches

       - Change Settings
